1. Service Fees
EduGeo charges a service fee for application processing and advisory services. This fee is separate from any university tuition fees or government charges.
2. Refund Eligibility
Service fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to a university. If you cancel your application before submission, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
3. University Rejection
If your application is rejected by the university, our service fee is non-refundable as the service of preparing and submitting your application has been rendered. We will, however, assist you in applying to an alternative university at no additional service charge.
4. Visa Denial
EduGeo is not responsible for visa decisions made by immigration authorities. Service fees are non-refundable in cases of visa denial.
5. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 5–10 business days.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@edugeo.org with your application reference number and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page.
